General terms of use of the PlugBI website

 

These general terms of use apply throughout the world to the PlugBI website located at the address www.plugbi.com and to all other associated websites linked to www.plugbi.com (hereinafter referred to collectively as the "Site").

 

The Site is the property of PLUGBI HOLDING ("PlugBI”). BY USING THE SITE YOU ACCEPT THESE TERMS OF USE. IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THEM, KINDLY REFRAIN FROM USING THE SITE.

 

PlugBI reserves the right to change, modify, complete or delete parts of these General terms of use, at its sole discretion and at any time. You should consult these General terms of use periodically to continue to be informed of any modifications which may have been made to them. Your continued use of the Site after the publication of any modifications that may have been made signifies that you accept the said modifications.

 

PlugBI herewith grants users of the Site, subject to them complying with these General terms of use, a non-exclusive and non-assignable licence allowing them to download and use its contents for their exclusively personal use.

 

PlugBI may, at any time and at its entire discretion, add, delete or modify certain or all of the services included in the Site, or terminate the present licence

 

All the functions, including, but not necessarily limited to, the configurations, screens and any information appearing or displayed in relation with or contained by PlugBI on the Site are protected by the laws applying with regard to intellectual property and particularly by the provisions of Clause L122-6 et seq of the French Intellectual Property Code, and by the WIPO Copyright Treaty (WCT) and the Paris Act of the Berne Convention for the Protection of Literary and Artistic Works.

 

PlugBI owns, reserves and retains all property rights, including copyright, for the whole of the texts, graphic elements, user interfaces, visual interfaces , brands, logos and data processing codes, including particularly the design, structure, coordination, expression, aspect and user-friendliness, the presentation and layout (collectively designated herein by the term "the Contents".)

 

PlugBI and or the third party suppliers of the Contents remain the sole owners of the whole of the Contents, and the user cannot acquire any property rights whatever by printing or downloading all or part of these Contents or by using the functionalities of the Site.

 

The trademarks, service marks, commercial names, logos, domain names and other indications of origin appearing on the Site are registered or non-registered marks belonging to PlugBI or a third party who has granted PlugBI the right to use them on the Site.    None of the provisions of these Terms may be interpreted as granting any user of the Site a licence or any right whatever to use any trademark displayed on the Site without the written approval of PlugBI or the third party.

 

Kindly refer to the Privacy Statement for all information concerning our use of information relating to Site users and their use of the latter. This information is used solely for assessment purposes and cannot be invoked by the users of the Site to claim any right of any nature whatever.

 

In accordance with the French law 2004-575 of 21st June 2004 to support confidence in the digital economy, the Site also provides its users with a service called "updates" whose purpose is to enable users to receive PlugBI updates via e-mails.  All e-mail communications propose a link for unsubscribing from the service.

These Terms of use are governed by French law. French courts have sole jurisdiction to hear any legal action related to the use of this Site.
